8. Refunds
The Parenting System Update offers a 30-day conditional refund policy.
To be eligible for a refund, you must complete all six modules of The Parenting System Update and put the 7-Day Parenting System Update plan into practice within 30 days of your enrollment date.
If, after completing the course and applying the 7-Day Parenting System Update, your daily routines are not calmer and quieter, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of your enrollment date.
Your refund request must be submitted from, or clearly identify, the email address used to purchase the course so that we can locate your enrollment.
Refund requests received outside the 30-day period, or where the course and 7-Day Parenting System Update have not been completed and applied within that period, are not eligible under this voluntary refund policy.
If a refund is approved, access to The Parenting System Update and its associated course materials may be removed once the refund has been processed.
Nothing in this refund policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our resources, including text, images, videos, designs, logos, guides, course materials, frameworks, and branding, is owned by or licensed to The Parenting System Update.
You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
